About Us
Welcome to our love story! We’re so excited to share this incredible milestone with all of you. From the moment we met, our relationship has been about connection, adventure, and finding joy in every little thing. Our journey together has taken us from small Kansas towns to the big dreams we’re building for the future—and now, to Costa Rica for a wedding celebration that’s as unique as our love.
We’ve always believed in making memories that last a lifetime, and that’s exactly what we envision for our wedding. Rather than a traditional ceremony, we’re throwing an epic adventure! For four unforgettable days, we’ll be staying at Dreams Las Mareas where you’ll have the chance to relax, explore, and create your own perfect getaway. The only “must-attend” event? A fun-filled catamaran ride and a magical reception at a local restaurant where we’ll celebrate our love surrounded by all of you. The rest is up to you—whether that’s lounging by the pool, exploring rainforests, riding ATV's, or diving into the vibrant local culture.
We hope that this approach reflects who we are as a couple: spontaneous, easy-going, and all about making the most of every moment. We want this celebration to be more than just a wedding—it’s an opportunity for all of us to make incredible memories together. Thank you for being part of this adventure. Bachelor / Bachelorette Waterfall and River Float Trip May 20th

La Leona Waterfall - Curubandé de Liberia, Costa Rica
Round-trip transportation included from resort! We will be heading to La Leona Waterfall with a guide and doing an all day river trip together. Cost is $95/pp and completely optional. Whoever is able to travel a few days early and is interested in a guided river trip is invited to join! Please just be sure to let us know in advance if you plan to attend.

Today is the big day! We will be stepping away from the resort for an evening to Naked Indian Restaurant. Roundtrip transportation will be provided to and from Dreams Las Mareas. Meal will be a surf & turf filet mignon, shrimp, lobster and mashed potatoes and veggie side!

Departing from the beach at Dreams Las Mareas on Saturday afternoon! We will have 2-3 fleets sent out that will fit 50 people on each boat, depending on final head count. This event is optional, but it will be assumed by us that you are planning to go unless otherwise stated! Thanks!

Today is a completely free day to relax by the pool or go on fun adventures! There are so many options near the resort--you can jet ski on the ocean, rent ATV's, or book your own catamaran trip if you'd like! If you need to get back to work, you can also feel free to depart on this day. Keep in mind that Monday, May 25th is Memorial Day!
